Continuous feedback feature in UpRaise lets Jira users give or request feedback against a Jira issues, objectives, key results, independent work. When tied with a Jira issue, objectives and KRs associated feedback is also available within respective details pages under Feedback tab. Refer to the screenshots below.

Give/request feedback

UpRaise has two types of feedback. Give and request. As it is self explanatory, one can give a feedback to others or request it from others for self or other users.

Feedback tags

Feedback tags are ways to classify continuous feedback. Given that every team has its own unique culture & needs, feedback tags can be completely customized. Tags are highlighted in the image below.

Feedback labels

Labels are optional attribute/s while giving feedback. The purpose of these labels is to help teams organize feedback around their values. e.g. team spirit, adherence to deadlines, quality etc. Later on, these labels can be used to analyze how people are improving around core values. Refer to the screenshot below.
