Purchasing UpRaise apps for Jira Data center version

All UpRaise apps need to be purchased from the Atlassian Marketplace. Please check our vendor profile the marketplace - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/vendors/1211499/amoeboids-technologies-pvt-ltd and get the right UpRaise app for you.

Below are the steps involved in completing the purchase for Data Center version of Jira.

Login

Click on https://marketplace.atlassian.com/ and login.

You need not be a Jira user to purchase the Jira app. Anyone can log in to Atlassian marketplace.

Search for UpRaise app

Once logged in, search for UpRaise on the Atlassian Marketplace. In search results click on the relevant UpRaise app that you want to purchase.

Once you navigate to the relevant app page, check app pricing under Pricing tab if not checked already on our website - https://upraise.io/pricing/.

Click on Buy Now option for Jira Data center version. You will be navigated to the page where you will add your credentials for Jira or Select your license SEN and Jira tier and click on Add to cart. You can also proceed with Manual process and select the relevant Jira tier.

To directly navigate to this page, you can also log in and search for UpRaise. Make sure that you select the correct UpRaise app (Employee Success, People, Garrison) and tier to continue your purchase from this link:  . 

 

UpRaise Data center version app has to be purchased for minimum 12 months. (If you want you can also purchase it for 24 months or 36 months). UpRaise Data Center version app licenses are subscription licenses, meaning once in order to continue using the app beyond current subscription end date, you have to renew the license. Given price includes one year (or the duration you selected) of support and services with all product updates.

Add your details

After selecting the relevant Jira user tier, Add to Cart option will be available, click on that and add further details.

If you wish, you can skip adding separate billing and technical contact, however, it is recommended to add these contacts so we can inform you on new releases or any important updates via email. Then click on Continue

Make payment

Now you'd be brought to the payment page, select the appropriate payment mode and make the payment. Once the payment is successfully done, you will receive your license of purchased UpRaise app via email.

Payment via Purchase order (PO)

As per Atlassian's policy, Atlassian only accepts PO number as a reference on a quote or invoice for your internal tracking and record keeping. However, Atlassian does not accept purchase orders as a form of payment nor the terms and conditions commonly associated with purchase orders. Atlassian provides fully functional evaluation licenses for you to use while payment is being arranged. Atlassian accepts payment only by bank transfer, mailed check, and credit card; full details are on the first page of a quote or invoice. Once full payment is received, Atlassian team issues the license keys and email the nominated billing and technical contacts. Let us see how to add PO number in your invoices.

  • Create a new Quote by following above steps.

  • On the last screen, under payment details, check the Add PO number checkbox and type the number in the new text box.

If you already have saved a quote it can be viewed and updated with a PO number from Cart of your Atlassian account. 

Once done with all the details complete the payment with Paypal checkout button. Atlassian with share further details via email.
