Installing UpRaise apps

You need to be a Jira administrator in order to install UpRaise app/s. 

There are multiple ways to install UpRaise apps. All of them are listed below in detail.

Install on Jira Cloud 

  1. First, log in as the Administrator to your Jira instance and navigate to Apps menu from the left navigation. Now click on Explore more apps and search for UpRaise People/ UpRaise Employee Success/UpRaise Employee Garrisson and click on the relevant UpRaise app you want to install.

  2. On the app page, now click on the Try it Free button.

  3. This will result in the UpRaise app being installed and activated.

  4. A confirmation dialog will tell you that the installation was successful.

  5. The app will now be installed, and the license key will be automatically added to activate it. Refer  Initial setup by Jira Admin for kicking off the setup.

If you have direct to the Marketplace profile UpRaise app

  1. In the Marketplace vendor profile page - Amoeboids Technologies Pvt Ltd | Atlassian Marketplace

  2. Open relevant app’s page >> click on Try it free or Buy it now button.

  3. This will take you to https://my.atlassian.com where you can either enter your User ID/password or create a new account. This will give you a free 30-day evaluation version or let you buy licenses.

  4. The app will now be available for download, and the License key will be available to add.

Install UpRaise on Jira Cloud

  1. First, log in as the Administrator to your Jira instance and select Manage Apps from under Jira Administration ().

  2. In the Find new apps page, search for UpRaise People/ UpRaise Employee Success.

  3. Click on the Free Trial link on the right side of the corresponding listing.

  4. This will result in the UpRaise app being installed and activated.

  5. A confirmation dialog will tell you that the installation was successful.
