You are navigated to the objective details page when you click on an objective title. This objective details page has almost the same content for all levels of objectives, apart from a few minor differences.

  • Clicking on edit option gives a popup that you have seen while creating the same objective. You can make necessary changes and save it.

  • Comment option allows you to add a comment on anything related to the objective.

  • Punch In option is available only when you do not have any KR or alignment in an objective. You can click on punch-in to mark the progress manually with relevant comments and progress percentage and confidence score (if applicable).

  • Clicking on more option gives two drop-down option to abandon, delete, move, clone
(For all three levels of objectives) & conver to team/individual (only for team and individual objectives) 
  •  & convert objective.

Key results section

This section allows users to manage key results and their relevant attributes. - 

  • Before add new button, you can see filter options to for KR section. Read Filters for KR section for more details. 
  • Add New option allows users to add new key results. Clicking on add new opens up a pop of KR types. You will see three or two types of KRs on this pop-up depending on KR settings made by admins. Read How to manage key result configurations?.

Alignment Section

Alignment section allows users to align or link objectives with different levels of objectives to roll up the progress from other objectives-

  • Receives contribution from is the first type of alignment. It allows you to create an alignment to receive progress contribution from other objectives.

  • Contributes to is the second type of alignment. It allows you to create an alignment with other objectives to contribute progress to objectives.

- Weightages in the alignment section will decide the impact of contributing objective on the other objective.

  • W stands for Weightage of aligned objective that decides the impact of progress contribution towards the other objective.
  • With delete icon you can delete the alignment.

Attachments Section

- This section allows you to attach files with OKRs. 

- You can attach different file types like .png, .jpeg, pdf, xls, etc.


Activity Section

This section helps you to track all activities and comments of the objectives. -

  • Comments tab allows you to add comments and tag different users by using at sign(@).
  • Feedback tab shows all the feedback (given/received on the objective)

  • History tab shows up all the changes to the objective in its lifetime.
  • At the moment you cannot see the grades tab in this objective details page. However, once the objective is graded grades tab would appear in the activity section that shows all grades & remarks on the objective.

A few sections in the right side of the page

On the right side of the objective detail page, you will see a few small sections with different types of minute details about the objective. Let us discuss these sections one by one.

  1. At the top right corner of this page, you will see details about the level of objective and the name of person/user who is responsible for this objectivethe objective owner.
  2. How many days till the due date is reached. 
  3. Last punch in date of the objective.
  4. Few important things like Status of objective, who all are watching this objective, Due Date of objective, labels and objective sharing/visibility. If it's shared with a few individual user/s or team/s then it gives the list those user & team name/s.
  5. Alignments section shows the list of objectives aligned.
  6. Objective Progress section shows you the ideal progress and actual progress.
  7. In other details section, you can find details like this objective is created by whom, who updated it last, when it was created, and when it was last updated and last punched in.
  8. Objective cycle section gives details about the objective cycle of this objective. This is available only for team & individual level objectives. View your objectives link takes you to the browse OKR page.
