What is 360 review base template?
360 review base template is used when someone needs to be reviewed by multiple reviewers (self, managers, peers,direct reports). Employee Success has one workflow for 360 review base template called Assign to Employee Success admin.
Lifecycle of 360 review type base template
Let us see the lifecycle of 360 review type form according to the workflow.
Different statuses of 360 review form
Not Started: Once the form is distributed and no action is yet taken by the reviewer.
In Progress: When the reviewer has saved responses as a draft.
Complete: When the reviewer is done with his responses and clicks on complete option.
Reopened: When Admin or super admin (whoever has distributed form) reopens form for some reason.
