Setting up SMTP

Instead of the default email within the app (no-reply@mg.roadmapper.app), if you want to send an email from your doamin, SMTP settings need to be done.

Currently we support SMTP with basic authentication. OAuth authentication is in our backlog. We will update you here once that is available.

Navigate to Jira settings >> Apps >> Roadmap portal Configurations >> SMTP tab

Update details as per below feilds and Submit.

Currently supported service providers -

  • Gmail

  • Outlook

  • Sangrid

  • Mailgun

  • Amazon SES (EU West 1)

  • Others (Specify details SMTP host, SMTP port number in this case)
