How do I modify sharing of received feedback?
Now UpRaise allows feedback receiver and super admin to edit/modify shared with list of the received feedback. The typical use case of this can be the feedback provider left the organization and the feedback receiver wants to share that feedback with their new colleague.
How to modify shared with list of the feedback?
Navigate to feedback page >> feedback tab >> received section.
Click on the share icon (in below image, the icon highlighted in front of All users).
Clicking on this icon would open pop-up that allows to add team/s or user/s in the shared with list.
Edit the visibility as required & save.
A 'System' comment will be marked on the feedback as shown in the image below.
This comment cannot be edited or deleted by anyone.
