How can I start a private conversation?
Due to low adoption, conversations feature is deprecated. Reach out to us if you would like to keep using them.
A conversation is a discussion/feedback that is visible to the only 2 people involved. Conversations are intended to break the ice between manager-team member or even peers.
Conversation can be of two types - either you are 'requesting help or offering help'. One can initiate a conversation from the top UpRaise menu.
Once started, a conversation can be continued via comments.
