As shown in the below image, Notifications tab allows to enable or disable UpRaise email notifications with respect to different modules in the app. This is an instance level configuration & it will turn off/on corresponding email notifications across the entire instance.

Based on the UpRaise app installed on your Jira, the feature list may differ as listed below

  • UpRaise for People - Profile changes, Leaves, OKRs, Continuous feedback, Forms

  • UpRaise for Employee Success - Profile changes, OKRs, Continuous feedback, Forms

  • UpRaise for Employee Garrison - Profile changes, Leaves
