Weightage
Background
Weightage decides the impact of KRs and objective alignments on the parent objective’s progress. Every organization might have its own way of defining the weightage; however, there has to be some default weightage to avoid any wrong setup of weightages. This setting under Manage tab allows users to customise default weightage settings for OKRs. Ofcourse these default weightages can be overridden by users while creating/editing objectives.
