Weightage

Background

Weightage decides the impact of KRs and objective alignemnts on parent objective’s progress. Every organization might have their own way of defining the weightage however there has to be some default weightage to avoid any wrong set up of weightages. This setting under Manage tab allows users to customise default weightage settings for OKRs. Ofcourse these default weightages can be overridden by users while creating/editing objectives.
