The way one can create OKR view on the browse OKRs page, the same can be done for User and Team profile pages. These views will provide you with the ability to showcase relevant OKRs on User and Team profile.

Currently you can create only 5 user and team profile views.

User profile views

Click on Add new, this opens up a Create view pop-up. Notice that the Filter by Owner and Condition called Profile user is by default selected. Meaning, this view will always show OKRs for the logged-in user as the owner of the OKRs.

Create a new view using other filters like level, statuses, etc., and conditions. You can also select columns and visibility of the view and then save.

One of the very comman use cases we have seen is user want to see only their KRs owned by users from different objectives. To filter OKRs in this way, use Filter Key Results Strictly and Condition should be set to Yes. With this, system will dislplay KRs that are owned by each user on their profile. Whether you access your profile or other user’s profile. Read Browse OKRs | Filter key results strictly as the same functionality is available on main OKR views under browse OKRs.

Team profile views

Similar to user profiles you can created OKR views for team profile to make sure that relevant filtered OKR listing is displayed for each team’s profile.

Notice some default filters on the view like Level to show only Team level OKRs. Then Condition as Profile team to ensure only current team’s OKRs are displayed in the view that the user is accessing. For eg. if a user is accessing Sales team profile, then they will see only Sales team’s OKRs.

You can add more filters and conditions based on what all OKRs to be displayed in the view.

Once can Edit, Delete or reoder OKRs using actions.
