There are three steps to configure a custom domain/sub-domain for your roadmap portal.

Step 3 : SSL Configuration

  • Click on “Request SSL” button and save board settings to submit SSL request.

Note, after you click on request SSL button it is important to click on Save button to send your SSL request. This will automatically create a service desk request on our portal and you will receive further details from us.

  • We will configure the SSL certificate for the custom URL within 1-2 working days.

  • If not confirmed already, you can confirm here CNAME settings added to your domain registrar.

  • Once SSL certificate added, you will see updated status on this screen.

  • Custom URL status will change to “Active” when both CNAME settings and SSL are added.
