Logs
For both, cross-project & in-project screens, ARN has a tab called Logs. This tab displays entries of all execution logs. Any time a rule is executed, irrespective of its trigger or template, the corresponding entry will be created in the logs.
Along with all the related details, these logs also have links to show release notes generated at the time (depending on the type of template). Clicking on this link opens the release notes that were generated by the rule.
Logs help keep track of all instances when the rules were executed.
We are changing how logs are stored
As part of Atlassian’s platform changes, we are gradually moving ARNR to Forge. To support smoother data handling, ARNR will start storing larger rule execution details (emails, attachments, etc.) in system-generated work items within a project that your admin can configure from the app settings. Previous rule logs remain unaffected.
Rule execution logs older than 90 days are automatically cleared. Read https://amoeboids.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ARN/pages/5125636187 for more details.
One can easily get additional information about a specific failure by clicking on the failure icon in status column.
