Triggers on the cross-project screen
If you see only a manual trigger available while creating or editing a rule, that means you are on the cross-project ARNR screen.

Cross-project ARNR Screen
Cross-project ARNR screen which is accessible from the top Jira navigation bar under the Apps menu is used for https://amoeboids.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ARN/pages/69173290/Adding+issues+from+different+projects+to+release+notes#Creating-a-cross-project-template-with-multiple-version-variables.
In this screen, rules can have only one type of trigger i.e. Manual.
Other automated triggers such as Version-Release, Version created, Scheduled before N days of release, and Sprint completed cannot be implemented from the cross-project ARNR screen as this screen is not tied up with any Jira project. Versions and sprints are created within a particular Jira project.
How can I use automated triggers?
In order to use automated rule triggers such as Version-Release, Version created, Scheduled before N days of release, Sprint completed, etc., navigate to ARNRβs in-project screen.
ARNR in-project screen can be accessed within a Jira project from the left navigation panel.
