Continuous Feedback Advanced Settings (Manage tab)


Navigate to Continuous Feedback >> Manage tab. On this tab there are a few advanced settings for Continuous Feedback that can be managed by UpRaise admins/users with sufficient permissions.

Tags

One can add feedback tags based on their company culture with any color and description. This provides you an option create your own set up of feedback tags those can be used later on to give & request a feedback.

Create tag

Navigate to Feedback page >> Manage tab >> Tags section >> Click on Add New. (As highlighted with number 1 & 2 in above image)

On Add tag pop up -

  • Name - Name is Tag name, for example - Extraordinary job, Fantastic, Outstanding, Bravo, etc.

  • Description - Any description that suits the tag that your are adding.

  • Color code - Any color of your choice from the color pallet.

Click on Create.

Once the tag is created, it will be visible while giving feedback.

Edit, Disable, Delete and Move up/down actions

Clicking on , shows a list of a few actions. You can edit tags, Delete/Disable (If tag is not associated with any given feedback you get Delete option. If the tag is used while giving feedback, then only Disable option is available).

Move up/down to decide the feedback order, same order of feedback will be available for the end user while giving a feedback.

Labels

When you provide any feedback, it is always related to something, for example work ethics, productivity, commitment, etc. You can create such labels so they can be used while giving feedback. Labels are although an option field, it is useful to classify feedback.

Create labels

Navigate to Feedback page >> Manage tab >> Labels section >> Click on Add New >> Add Name and Create.

Clicking on X of each label will allow you to delete it. If the label is associated with any feedback then you cannot delete the label & system shows an appropriate message. (As highlighted with number 3 in first image of this section )

Allow label creation while creating/editing feedback

Checking this option allows all other users to create new tags while giving feedback. If this option is unchecked, users can only select labels those are defined by admins. (As highlighted with number 2 in first image of this section )

Default visibility

This option lets you decide what will be the default section visibility option on give feedback pop-up. This is useful when you want to avoid a situation of sharing a feedback with wrong set of users.

Feedback formats

Feedback formats is the easiest way to give/request a bit elaborated feedback. These feedback formats are the ready messages to be shared with/without editing them.

Navigate to Feedback page >> Manage tab >> Feedback formats section >> Click on Add New

  • Select type as Give feedback/Request feedback

  • Add Name of the formats

  • In feedback format write the feedback message

  • Mark it default if needed or click on Create.

UpRaise allows you to give & request feedback on Jira issues objectives & key results. To set this association, you need to select relevant options from feedback links section. Check or uncheck options based on your need. Setting will be auto saved.

Export feedback data

All the feedback data can be exported to excel from this section. As shown in the image below, select the correct option from Period dropdown and click on Export. You will receive an email notification with an export file. Depending on feedback data containing in file, system may take its own time to send you an email.
