Where to check number of distributions and their statuses?

Number of distributions

As an UpRaise admin or super admin, one can navigate to the templates tab on forms page. It lists all templates that are stored in your system. Under the column called distributions, one can see how many times the template is distributed. 

Distribution status

Distribution status can be checked under distributions tab on forms page. As explained in this part of Employee Success documentation, different statuses of a distribution can be checked.
