This feature is currently available only for Server & Data Center versions. And it is still in Beta.
One of the long standing requests from ES customers has been to automate the progress calculation of key results. We are moving in that direction with this 'Progress automation' feature in Beta.
Currently, it is only applicable to the Metric type of key result.
Follow these steps to turn on 'Progress automation' for metric key results.
- Navigate to the OKR settings → Advanced tab
- Scroll down to Key Result Configurations section
- Click on 'Progress calculation' link that is immediately after 'Metrics' check box
- It will reveal another checkbox that determines whether progress automation is available for metric type of key results
